Miguel Santiago has had an ongoing passion for hair since before his high school days and it shows!!  He is a top cutting specialists who has gone through over 5 years of training under TIGI/Toni and Guy.  At Toni and Guy he mastered the skills of sculpting and styling with all genres and styles, from post modern to extreme retro shapes and colors.  "Hair is an art and should be expressed that way."  He also has had the opportunity to work on a few celebs from Jackie Warner (Bravo's TV workout  series)  to Cheetah Girls (Disney Channel).  His experience with many fashion events and backstage/platform work has gained him untouchable status and artistic edge.
