Most appointments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit with a credit card or a gift certificate number. At the time of service, you can alternatively use a gift certificate, pay cash, or pay by credit card. The full service fee is charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24 hour notice.

If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. The cancellation of a 2 hour service requires a 36-hour notice. As your day revolves around your time so does our business. Booking correctly is important to us as well as you. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.
